There are two sets of name servers that are used with a West Host account.

WH 3.0

Primary Nameserver NS1.WEST-DATACENTER.NET 69.36.161.11
Secondary Nameserver NS2.WEST-DATACENTER.NET 69.36.161.12

WH 4.0

Primary Nameserver NS1.WESTSERVERS.NET 68.169.47.32
Secondary Nameserver NS2.WESTSERVERS.NET 174.36.153.171
 

It is important that you set your name servers correctly at the registrar level. If you registered your domain with WestHost then you can log in and change your name servers at http://register.westhost.com/admin/   Please note that your username and password is different then the one you use to log into WH 3.0 Site Manager or the WH 4.0 Control Panel. The username and password would have been sent to you in a separate email. With a WH 4.0 account you can access control once you have logged into the WH Control Panel under the Apps tab. Simply click on Domain Name Registration. Under the Registered Domain Names tab, you select the domain you wish to work with then click the Log In To Domain Control Panel link.
